You are required to furnish us with your banking account details to enable the swift and secure crediting of all policy related benefits to you, e.g. cash dividends, cash payments, survival benefits, maturity, claims pay out, excess payment, etc.
1. Login to our myMCISLIFE customer portal via
www.mcis.my to update your e-payment details under the Service Request tab; or
2. Complete the
e-Payment Form and email it to
customerservice@mcis.my

All unpresented cheques or returned payments are subject to the Unclaimed Moneys Act 1965. The same also applies under circumstances where payments are due to you but we are unable to contact you for banking details to facilitate an e-payment instruction.
MCIS Life does not work with any 3rd party companies to facilitate the recovery of Unclaimed Money. Your only safe and reliable means of recovering money that has been transferred to the Registrar Of Unclaimed Moneys is by visiting

https://egumis.anm.gov.my to initiate the process of getting a refund.
